What days do you ship?
We ship via zone 1 ( fastways ) Monday to Thursday. We ship Zone 2 (airport to airport) Monday to Wednesday. To see what zone you are in, simply login or click here
Why don't you ship door to door in my area?
Our priority is getting livestock to your door with as little stress as possible. This means selecting the quickest option. If we were to ship via on road to parts of Australia that take 2 - 3 days to arrive, livestock would be extremely stressed if not already DOA, for this reason, we only ship via fastways if we can be sure livestock will arrive within 24 hours.
How much does it cost to ship?
Pricing varies depending on the service you select and your location. Door to door rates start at $9.95 and airport deliveries from $50.00
Do you ship to my area?
We ship to most locations accross Australia including Tasmania. In most cases outside of Queensland, we ship via TOLL and you will have to pickup your shipment from your local airport. To see how we ship to your area, click here.
Can I pick up my order?
If you have paid online and live in the area then yes you can. If you have not created an order yet, simply select pick up. It is prefered if you collect your order within 3 days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped we will SMS and email you an order number. If your order is with Fastways, you will be SMS'd every time your order status is updated.
How do I know when to pick up my order from the airport?
We will send you a tracking number the day your order is shipped. With this tracking number you can track the status of your order. If you do not have a mobile phone, it is important to provide a close friend or family membber's as all updates and cancellations will be sent via SMS.

Pricing, Refunds and Livestock

Are your online specials the same as your shop?
Unless specified otherwise, online specials are not available instore.
What is your DOA policy?
Given the perishable nature of live fish, packaging and shipping procedures, please choose carefully as cannot accept returns for live fish.
Despite our best efforts, and at times due to circumstances beyond our control such as courier and airline delays, fish mortality may occur. cannot guarantee the live arrival of your fish, when couriers or airline’s are late. Customers who purchase these (perishable) fish do so at their own risk. will not accept any Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims including those lodged via PayPal.
Please note that Freight, and shipping costs are Non-Refundable and cannot be claimed.
Do you store or share my contact information?
We do store your contact information for shipping and accounting purposes, but NO information is supplied to 3rd parties apart from your mobile number when required for Air Freight.
Do you quarantine and treat your fish before shipment?
All livestock is quarantined for at least 7 days depending on the type of fish. Some for up to 21 days. When we feel fish are not ok to ship, we will inform you of this and give you the option of a refund or a store credit.
What is your returns policy?
All dry goods terms are 12 months unless specified otherwise. See ACCC guidelines. Given the perishable nature of live fish, packaging and shipping procedures, please choose carefully as cannot accept returns for live fish.
